I give brain and memory tips here. I am going to do 4 things that will help my memory be more fresh, quicker, younger and healthier. Things that hurt your memory are:

– Excess sugar (your brain needs sugar but not excessive)
– Sleeping pills hurt your brain and memory (like Tylenol PM)

Things that are good for your memory are:
– Exercise. Exercise aids in Neuro-genesis (creation of new adult brain cells)
– Curry is a good brain food. It is a good brain food because it has turmeric in it and that is good for your memory
