Ron White is a memory expert

Here is I set a goal to be able to do 100 push ups without stopping on my 40th birthday. I set this goal #1 as a challenge to get in shape but also #2 to help my brain. The better fit your body is the better fit your brain.

If you want to fight ADD, ADHD the inability to focus I suggest that good nutrition and exercise will be great weapons for you in this fight.

Everyone thinks that because I do amazing memory demonstrations and do some crazy brain feats that I must not struggle with ADD or ADHD or inability to focus or whatever you want to call it. NOT TRUE!! I struggle BIG TIME and would say it may even be my biggest mental struggle.

So here this push up challenge was also a brain challenge
