Ron White is a 2 time USA Memory Champion and memory expert. In this video he speed reads the book As a Man Thinketh by James Allen and then shares what he learns.

As a Man Thinketh was published in 1903 and it is a book about the power of thought.

James Allen teaches that you can not hide your thoughts. They will show themselves in your life eventually. If you have negative thoughts you will wear yourself down and it will manifest itself in a physical way on your body with illness, wrinkles or age.

If you have positive thoughts you will be youthful and happy. This is an over simplification of thoughts and an over simplification of the book ‘As a Man Thinketh’ by James Allen.

However, it is a general idea of how he teaches the power of mindset and thoughts.

His premise is that we are not the victim of circumstance but our lives are the results of our thoughts.

He teaches that criminals do not all the suddent just one day become a criminal after thinking positive honest thoughts. Instead, it years or a lifetime of negative, selfish, dishonest or greedy thoughts and then when the circumstance for crime presents itself they take it.
