Me doing 30 burpees as quickly as possible at Everest Base Camp on the North Side (Tibet) of Mt. Everest. Base Camp sits at 17,100 ft above sea level.

I struggled. Typically I can do 30 burpees in just over a minute, but at this elevation, it was around 2 minutes. There just isn’t enough oxygen up there to do a proper crossfit workout. Not recommended. Ha.
